Kendra is a very calm, respectful, and steady member of our team. She recently joined Sunset Mobility Inc. and enjoys her co-workers. Prior to joining our company, she had 7 years of experience in dispatching positions in various companies. As Fleet Dispatcher, she is responsible for managing client ride scheduling, assigning drivers for the rides, and managing ride cancellations and changes. She is constantly talking with our customers and drivers, resolving ride issues ranging from pick-up times, drop-off points, and delays. She enjoys the puzzles of fixing a convoluted mess of rides to different directions, works on the mess with the help of our software technology, and at the end produces a schedule that works for everyone. Additionally, she takes rides from different insurance vendors, and ensures we can manage the ride. Kendra provides a detail-oriented presence along with her adaptability and problem-solving capabilities that are a must for our client-focused logistics.
