Karen Banks

Hi, my name is Karen Banks, and I’m a dispatcher here at Sunset Mobility. I help coordinate non-emergency medical transportation to ensure our clients get to their appointments safely and on time. I’ve also worked on the insurance side of medical rides and have experience setting up medical appointments over the phone. I really enjoy connecting with people and being part of a team that makes a difference in helping others get the care they need.
